After listening to the advertisements ad nauseum over the past few months, it is clear that every candidate calling themselves a "conservative" can't all be telling the truth. Some politicians will say anything to get elected.

The bellwether organizations whose job it is to interview candidates and determine their level of "conservatism" are the GOP and The Tea Party.
