Gov. Bobby Jindal becoming top GOP spokesman against 'Obamacare'

Gov. Bobby Jindal is becoming the Republican's point man in the battle against the Affordable Care Act, aka, "Obamacare." Speaking Friday on a Republican National Committee Conference Call, Jindal called the health care plan a "blow to our freedoms" and said the "president forced this law on us," according to a report on the ABC News blog The Note.The payoff quote: "It really raises the question of what's next, what's allowable," Jindal said. "Taxes on people who refuse to eat tofu or refuse to drive a Chevy Volt ... this whole ruling I think is ridiculous. It's a huge expansion of federal power." The Washington Post's The Plum Line blog took note of Jindal's defiance in saying Louisiana won't be implementing the law, especially the health-care exchanges.
