Part of the challenge, he said, is to keep an eye on what other states are doing to try and keep a step ahead, but retaining what makes a city or state unique.
“You can’t just copy blindly,” Jindal said. “Part of success in business is figuring out what we have that others don’t have,” Jindal said.
He said that Louisiana has what it needs in people, natural resources and a port system. “We should be running circles around every state in the country,” Jindal said.
