Story Archives: REILLY, FENSTERMAKER NEW BLUEPRINT LOUISIANA OFFICERS

REILLY, FENSTERMAKER NEW BLUEPRINT LOUISIANA OFFICERS

Sean Reilly of Baton Rouge and Bill Fenstermaker of Lafayette have recently assumed key leadership positions of Blueprint Louisiana.

Reilly, President and Chief Operating Officer of Lamar Advertising Company’s Outdoor Division, is Blueprint’s new Chairman, succeeding Lafayette’s Matt Stuller, who held the chairmanship since Blueprint’s inception in 2006. Fenstermaker, President and Chief Executive Officer of C.H. Fenstermaker & Associates, is the new Secretary, the position formerly held by Reilly. Both will serve one-year terms.

Reilly, Fenstermaker, and Stuller, CEO of Stuller Inc., will also serve on Blueprint’s Executive Committee, along with Plaquemine’s Donna Carville, State Governmental Affairs Leader of The Dow Chemical Company; Mandeville’s Maura Donahue, Vice President of Business Development at Donahue Favret Contractors; Covington’s Jimmy Maurin, Chairman of Stirling Properties, Inc.; and Dr. Phillip Rozeman, President of Cardiovascular Consultants in Shreveport.

“We are truly indebted to Matt Stuller’s leadership,” Reilly said. “His vision helped pave the way for our success during the 2007 election cycle and this year’s three legislative sessions. Bill and I and the entire Executive Committee assume these leadership roles with the resolve to continue Blueprint’s progress to help create the state our citizens deserve.”

Established in 2006, Blueprint Louisiana is a citizen-driven effort to identify and implement essential changes to fundamentally improve Louisiana. The nonpartisan effort is led and supported by community and business leaders from across the state. More than 3,000 citizens and 40 organizations have indicated their support for the Blueprint Agenda. During 2008, Blueprint accomplished several key components of its reform agenda with the near-universal support of the Louisiana Legislature.
