Shreveport, LA) The Gorman For Congress Campaign announced today that it will pause its media efforts on Thursday in remembrance of September 11, 2001. This week marks the seventh anniversary of the terror attacks on our Nation.
"Thursday is a day for remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice on that terrible day," said Chris Gorman. "Our campaign will join Senator McCain and Governor Palin in removing our paid television advertising from the airwaves on this day."
Gorman continued, "I urge my fellow citizens to reach out to our first responders, our men and women in uniform - to all who serve - and say 'thank you' for all that you do to protect his great and wonderful country."
