State Representative John LaBruzzo's fundraising shatters six figure mark

State Representative John LaBruzzo announced today, after having his most successful fundraiser to date, that he has surpassed over $100,000 cash on hand for his reelection campaign with more than a month until qualifying. “It’s an honor to have the support of so many citizens in Jefferson and Orleans parish. There is definitely an air of momentum in the campaign, and we’re just getting started,” said LaBruzzo.

John LaBruzzo credited his fundraising to voters understanding and supporting his message of lower taxes and less spending. “The voters get it,” LaBruzzo added. “They understand that government needs to tighten it’s belt and they’re ready for leadership that is ready to cut the spending and focus on building our economy.”

First elected in 2003, Rep. LaBruzzo has been a fierce advocate for lower taxes and common sense reforms to eliminate government waste. He currently sits on the Civil Law and Procedure, Health and Welfare, and Labor and Industrial Relations committees and is a member of the Louisiana Republican Delegation. John LaBruzzo is seeking reelection in District 94 which includes parts of Jefferson and Orleans parish.
