David Melville, a Bossier City Methodist minister and brother-in-law of former Governor Buddy Roemer, has indicated he will qualify for Congress in the 4th District to challenge Congressman John Fleming.
Melville penned a weekend commentary in the Shreveport Times that said Fleming missed an opportunity to make health care better by getting caught up in the partisan fighting that is making politics only about winning and losing.
